The first word is mixed, jumbled- like a liddle’s letters before it’s solved. The last is a word tied to all mammal birth- though not all are external, some arrive monthly, depending on the animal. Together, we’re a breakfast staple, and go with most things- I prefer mine mixed with meat, as it makes for easy eating.

I start off loose, I’m used with intention. Sourced from crushing or natural erosion. I must not be too large or small to carry the name of which I’m called. Aggregate or agitate? One of them doesn’t suit me.
