What type of room, has no walls, windows, or door. Nor ceiling or floor?

I live in a can, and I sound like a man, but, I'm rough and grumpy, but what else with a hand up my stump; I live on a street, where all things end well, lot's of singing and counting with toys to be sold.

I am gruesome and gross but take away my first letter and children fill the air with me when they are having fun...
