A cosmic spiral of dust and flame, where countless stars dwell in my domain. Though far away, I fill the sky, a glowing band that catches the eye.

I have benches but no table, I have swings but no mood. I can be parallel or a reverse move, I can be a place for a dog or a state of a car. What am I?

I grow with people, brick by brick, I hum with life, both fast and quick. I rest by night, yet never sleep, Within my walls, their stories keep. What am I?
