I am a necklace, but not made of gold, I wear no gems, yet I’m bright to behold. Woven of blossoms, of leaves, or of thread, I’m draped round a shoulder, a wall, or a head. I welcome a guest, or I honor the brave, And wither away when there’s no sun to crave.
